This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that are budget-friendly. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, with air conditioning and a fridge to keep things comfortable. We especially loved the large balconies that provided stunning views of the beach and ocean. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the center of the action and only a short 5-minute walk to the beach. And to top it off, breakfast is included, offering a good selection of food to start the day right.
All was great, no improvements needed.

The hotel provided mosquito repellent that was already plugged into the room when we arrived, which was very helpful. the breakfast was good, especially the made-to-order omelettes. The hotel was well-located, with plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity, and only a short walk to the beach.
The room we stayed in was a bit worn out and could use some maintenance. the noise level was high, particularly in the morning, with staff talking loudly and doing laundry right outside our door.

Nice, big and clean room. Very helpful and smiling staff.
View from balcony is only over other hotels and buildings. A little bit far away from beach even as still on walking distance.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast one of the best we had in Thailand (although that's not saying much). The room was large and comfortable. The pool was okay but a bit small and cold as it was between two tall buildings and was often locked until we asked the reception.
We were asked to leave our key behind the desk which would have been fine if the desk had been manned 24/7. We didn't return very late (11- 11.30) but twice our key was left in open sight on the counter with no receptionist, and another night we had to call out and wait for someone to arrive and give it to us. The last night we chose to take the key with us. It seemed like the staff had gone to bed. The location, at first, provided a nice walk into town and the beach, which was pleasant at first. Tuktuks were definitely the preferred choice home.

This hotel's location is spectacular - right in the center of the action, just a short walk from two beautiful beaches. The rooms are comfortable and offer great amenities, including air conditioning and fresh linens. The breakfast is fantastic, with fresh fruit and made-to-order omelets. The staff are polite and accommodating, always eager to help.
The quality of the rooms is not on par with the location or service. Despite being clean, the rooms are dated and lack modern conveniences.

The staff were very helpful and very pleasant, can't fault them for anything. The breakfast was decent. The rooms were big and clean.
The walk up from town/beach was narrow, dark and dangerous and passed open lots stacked with garbage. It was a little out of the way, which wouldn't be an issue on a different road. The hotel advertises a pool which would be better described as a fountain: no place to sit, no deck. There were little problems with the room: toiletries consisted of a shower cap and ear buds - no shampoo or cleanser; the shower didn't drain well; hot water in the shower was at its own discretion; tv was black and white; the ceiling lights over the bed and vanity didn't work (or we just couldn't find the switch); no deck furniture, so no place to sit on those wet rainy days; the air conditioner was either hot or cold - sorry Royal Nakara! Not good value for the money. We moved into town once our 4 nights were up and have't looked back!

A very nice hotel with a warm and friendly staff - very helpful and corteous!!! The location is quiet good, the hotel is situated on a small hill with a beautiful view on the sea and the mountains (be sure that you have a room in the 5th or 6th floor!) We would recommend it to everybody!

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Krabi, Thailand. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean and conveniently located, just a short walk away from the town and all its amenities. I especially loved the spacious balconies in the rooms, perfect for relaxing and taking in the views. The breakfast on the veranda was delicious, with a good selection of food to choose from. Additionally, the hotel provided a swimming pool, which was a great way to cool off after a day of exploring.
Everything was perfect during my stay.
